Executive Presentation Skills
Some moments in business require you to stand up and explain something important.
A board presentation.
A strategy update.
A keynote at a conference.
An investor briefing.
A major client pitch.
In these moments the job is simple — but not easy.
You need to explain complex ideas clearly, help people understand what matters, and move them towards a decision.
That’s where I help.
Turning complex thinking into clear communication
For 30 years I’ve worked with senior leaders around the world helping them communicate clearly when the stakes are high.
My background is a slightly unusual mix of comedy, theatre and executive coaching. That combination turns out to be very useful.
Because the challenge most leaders face isn’t lack of knnowledge.
It’s turning complicated thinking into something an audience can actually follow.
We work on things like:
• structuring ideas so they make sense
• explaining complex information clearly
• telling a compelling story with data
• keeping audiences engaged
• presenting with confidence and authority
When leaders usually call me
Most of this work happens when leaders are preparing for important moments such as:
• board presentations
• strategy announcements
• investor briefings
• major conferences
• leadership communications
Sessions are practical and built around real presentations leaders are preparing for.
We clarify the message, shape the story and rehearse delivery so leaders walk into the room (real or virtual) knowing exactly what they want to say.
And more importantly, why it matters to their audience.
