I gave Jack a tricky brief. Deliver a sales presentation workshop to 10 senior sales professionals from multiple countries and for most of whom speaking English was their second language. I wanted the team to make more impact, present with more confidence and for the day to be fun. I was concerned that stand-up comedy and improvisation wouldn't cross language and cultural barriers. Thankfully, I had no need to be concerned.
